The welcome reception and keynote lecture on Thursday 12 November will be held at the Rutgers Student Center, 126 College Ave on the Rutgers campus.

The Heldrich

The conference will be held at The Heldrich on 10 Livingston Avenue in New Brunswick. It is possible to book your room directly at the conference location, and as a conference participant The Heldrich provides a group discount.

In order to receive the group discount, you must reserve a room by October 21st, 2015.

To book online, visit and click on the “Check Availability” button, which will open the Calendar Booking screen. Select the Group Code option, located below the banner logo. Input your Group Attendee Code 286291 and then click the Update button. Select your Arrival and Departure Dates and the number of guests and then click Continue. Select your preferred Bed Type, fill in the appropriate Information Fields, and then click Submit. If you require telephone assistance with your reservation please dial 866-609-4700 and give the agent Group Attendee Code 286291 to assist you with your reservation.

Turn left onto New Street

Depart New St toward George St / CR-6720
Turn right onto RT-171 / Livingston Ave
Arrive at 10 Livingston Ave, New Brunswick, NJ on the right
The last intersection is New St. If you reach Monument Sq, you've gone too far.

Direction From Newark Airport to New Brunswick (Rutgers Campus):

  • To get to the airport train station, follow signs to the AirTrain elevated rail. 
  • Take the AirTrain to the Newark Liberty International Airport Train Station. 
  • Purchase a rail ticket to Princeton (by way of Princeton Junction) [$14.50 one way]
  • The train servicing New Brunswick is called the Northeast Corridor, direction: Trenton.

NJ Rail tickets may be purchased at machines in airport terminals, at the bottom of the escalators leading to the station, and in the concourse of the station, just before the turnstiles. 

Upon arrival at New Brunswick, walk towards the back of the train platform and take the stairs down to George Street. You will see a taxi stand there if you need to be taken to a hotel in the area.
